Tell us what you make and where you're looking. We'll show you what moved in the last 90 days — before you give us anything — and then send you a short digest each month when something changes.
Plain words are fine — "bone screws", "glucose monitor", "infusion pump".
Pick the ones you sell in or are weighing. We'll say plainly if there's a market we can't watch yet.
Named companies are added to your monthly digest. We don't count them here — that query takes too long to make you wait for it.
Your work email. One digest a month, and only when something actually moved — a quiet month means no email rather than an empty one.
We read the device registers of thirty markets and normalise them into one shape, so "who else registered something like ours, and where" is one question rather than thirty. A registration is what an authority published; it is evidence of activity, not a verdict on a competitor, and it is always worth checking against the register itself before you act on it.
We only report movement in markets where we can honestly tell new activity from a backlog we have only just collected. Where we can't, we say so rather than send you a zero.
Most companies come to us with one of these four questions. Each one is a conversation, not a form.
Tell us who you're evaluating and where, and we'll show you what we can find. Ask us for a demo.
